I have been in the business of residential home construction. More recently, I have been the developer of Whispering Hills subdivision. Whispering Hills features country views and wooded back yards. All city utilities are included on large city lots ranging from 1/2 to 2 acres of land.

I know and understand that, unless properly managed, new home construction can be a frustrating and stressful time for buyers. That is why I personally walk you through the entire process.
